Macy’s Pilot Floor
During my time working at Swanke Hayden Connell under the Design Direction of Becky Button and leadership of Suzanne Carson I participated in a corporate strategy for Macy’s corporate offices. We Studied their culture, way of working and workshops what the future would be so that we could be a standard that could adapt to the various departments and various work modes as well as unify the workforce culture throughout their workspace in New York City Various department included fashion design, buyers, sales, and technology among others.. The 5th floor pilot was our design solution that embodies the new workplace strategy.
